We want you to love your Motel items; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and free from any signs of wear.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Motel Rocks tags are still attached and the items are unworn.
Label and Post
Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
